Training Vessel Service Ribbon
Is awarded to any midshipman who has completed an extended training cruise aboard the T/V KINGS POINTER. The Department of Waterfront Activities shall establish the criteria for this award, as well as any devices that may be worn to indicate additional service or advanced training.
